Edgewater Resort - Iron Mountain

The heater was initially tricky to figure out, but we did manage to get it working.

I was disappointed that there was no clear information on who to contact for assistance . We faced some difficulties with the heating system, and it took a while to resolve since we only had a text number to reach out for help. Having to wait until the next morning for a response was quite frustrating.

nice cabin feel but needs better amenities

I loved the cozy and warm atmosphere of the cabin. The friendly welcome from the staff. We also enjoyed the beautiful river view outside our room.

Some amenities were lacking and could use improvement.

I truly enjoyed looking at river from the window of the a double room. I could use central heating, television, and a microwave oven. The hotels' team was friendly. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, in the middle of jackson. Also, this property was situated 2 miles from tourist destination like Twin Falls Flowage.

The Queen Room with Balcony was really warm and cozy, giving off that perfect cabin vibe. Everything was clean and inviting. The view from the balcony overlooking the river was just lovely. Check-in was super easy, and the staff were so friendly-plus, I met their adorable dog! Just wished for some clearer info about who to contact for help. I ended up waiting until morning for a response about the heater.

Very cute, clean cabins by the river. Lacked cookware for outdoor dining.

It was just a balanced option for a weekend stopover in Iron Mountain with reasonable value. We appreciated how quickly staff responded to our questions, we felt comfortable . Bring your own food if you're looking to save on meals.
